PURPOSE:To correct mis-convergence over the entire pattern by generating a parabolic waveform correction current in follow-up to a vertical deflection current. CONSTITUTION:A power supply circuit 33 is fitted to a deflection yoke and a prescribed voltage is induced by the interlinking between horizontal deflection magnetic fields or vertical deflection magnetic fields. A vertical deflection signal of a vertical deflection circuit 30 is given to a signal generating circuit 31 and a parabolic wave correction signal is generated. The parabolic wave correcting signal is amplified by a signal amplifier circuit 32 and fed to correction coil means 17, 18. Power from the power supply circuit 30 is fed to the signal generating circuit 31 and the signal amplifier circuit 32.
