PURPOSE:To make the titled device have an audio muting function by varying a capacitor or a resistor for determining a speed of a volume by an operation from the outside. CONSTITUTION:When a volume-down switch 9 is turned on, a down-speed of a volume is determined by a value of a resistor 10 and a capacitor 11. When it is desired to turn the sound volume low suddenly, a transistor 17 and a transistor 18 become on and off, respectively, by turning on a switch 13, therefore, a capacitor 19 is cascaded to the capacitor 11. In this way, a speed of the time of volume-down is determined by a composite value of the resistor 10 and the capacitors 11, 19, and an audio muting function can be realized.
