PURPOSE:To make possible mass production in a short time by a method wherein elastic material extruded in the form of a string from an extruder into molds in an open time is supplied continuously with a rotary pressure molding machine composed of many molds performing continuously opening, closing and compression motion. CONSTITUTION:Stringy elastic material 3a that keeps an adequate quantity of an endless belt according to a necessary filling quantity is extruded by an extruder C and supplied sequentially to open molds 1a, 2a that are opened, closed, compressed during conveyance. At this time, the molds 1a, 2a are cooled or heated according to the kind of material used to elevate the molding speed. In this manner, when the sealing compound is formed in the shape of A1, the molds 1a, 2a are conveyed by turns describing a circle. When molding is completed the molds 1a, 2a are opened and the sealing compound A1 is taken out to finish one process. Inexpensive moldings are obtained in a large quantity. |
