PURPOSE:To enable a first, a second, and a third panels to be opened and closed by one hydraulic cylinder by connecting the side face of the middle portion of the first end panel with a hull through a link, connecting the first and second panels through another link and a hydraulic cylinder, and coupling the second and third plates through a hinge. CONSTITUTION:The side face of the middle portion of a first panel 3 on the side of a bulkhead 6 is connected with the bottom portion of the bulkhead on the side of a hull through a first link A. The first panel 3 and a second panel 4 are connected with each other through a second link B. The piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder 9 rotatably mounted on the second panel 4 is connected with the first panel 3 through a hinge. The second and third panels 4 and 5, respectively, are connected with each other through a hinge 15. This enables the first, second, and third panels 3, 4, and 5, respectively, to foldingly opened and closed by the axial movement of the hydraulic cylinder 9.
