PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder not containing monosaccharide and disaccharide endlessly, and having an enhancement effect of milk feeling and richness.SOLUTION: There is provided powder prepared from a raw material mixture containing fat, milk protein and an excipient. In the powder, the total amount of monosaccharide and disaccharide in the powder is reduced by heat treatment of the raw material mixture in comparison with the total amount of monosaccharide and disaccharide in the raw material mixture before heating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
