PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform compression and expansion with simple processing during storing a frame composed of image signals in a storage device.SOLUTION: In an image processor, a storage part supplies a compressed frame being a frame subjected to compression by thinning-out for eliminating a portion of a plurality of image signals in a frame composed of a plurality of image signals. An expansion part expands the compressed frame by restoring the thinned image signals in the supplied compressed frame on the basis of thinning-out information being thinning-out information of each frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
