PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound material processor capable of processing sound materials in an appropriate processing mode and a sound material processing program.SOLUTION: A sound material input unit 120 obtains sound materials. A feature information obtaining unit 161 obtains feature information indicating features of the sound materials obtained by the sound material input unit 120. An appropriateness information obtaining unit 162 obtains sound feature appropriateness information indicating appropriateness, for the features of the sound materials, of each processing mode. A processing mode determination unit 160 determines a processing mode used for processing of each of the sound materials on the basis of the feature information obtained by the feature information obtaining unit 161 and the sound feature appropriateness information obtained by the appropriateness information obtaining unit 162. The sound materials are input into a processing module 140 corresponding to the processing mode determined by the processing mode determination unit 160.
