PURPOSE:To obtain a ripple filter circuit having capability of low power voltage operation with excellent power utilization factor by applying fully feedback to transistors (TRs) of differential constitution so as to stabilize an output voltage. CONSTITUTION:Since an output point OUT of a ripple filter circuit RFC and an input point IN are in the relation of full feedback, its output voltage V0 is equal to a base voltage V1. Since the output voltage V0 is expressed as a difference of voltages dividing the difference of a base-emitter voltage of a transistor Q1 from the power supply voltage VCC by resistors R2 and R3, the voltage is set to a value close to the power supply voltage VCC. Thus, the utilization factor of power is made excellent and the circuit is suitable for the operation at a low voltage power supply. Thus, the ripple filter circuit with excellent power utilization factor and possible for low power supply voltage operation is obtained.
