PURPOSE:To secure the earth for all layers of a core by filling the conductive noise between a shielding case and the end part of the core containing the lamination of plural sheets of thin magnetic plates. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head core 1 has a lamination structure of plural sheets of thin magnetic plates made of 'Permalloy(R)', etc. Otherwise a sheet of non-laminated core is used to the core 1. A coil 3 is wound round the core 1 and the conductive resin 5 is filled between the end part, i.e., a side face 6 of the core 1 and an inner face 7 of a shielding case 4 for adhesion between the core 1 and the case 4 as well as for the earth of the core 1. Thus the conduction is secured for all layers of the core members of thin plates. This can omit the use of a conventional plate spring, etc. and therefore simplifies the manufacturing process with reduction of cost. Furthermore the earth reliability is improved by securing the earth at both the right and left of the face 6 of the core 1.
