PURPOSE:To improve starting performance by installing a valve which communicates to an air tank in the atmosphere communication passage of an injection-quantity correcting apparatus and controlling the valve on start under a low atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:An atmosphere communication passage 12 is formed onto a case 6 for accommodating the bellows 3 of an injection-quantity correcting device 10. Said atmosphere communication passage 12 is allowed to communicate to an air tank 13 through a solenoid valve 14. The start under a low atmospheric pressure is detected from the displacement detector 15, gear-position detector 16, and a revolution speed detector 17 of the bellows 3, and the solenoid valve 14 is put into communication state to the air tank 13 on start. Therefore, torque is increased, and starting performance can be improved.
