PURPOSE:To make the width of each part in the longitudinal direction of a corrugated metallic plate in the same width by straightening with a straightening roller the wide width part or narrow width part after forming the corrugated metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:A straightening roller 3 is arranged behind a forming roller. It is composed of the roller 12 for straightening the crest surface provided on the upper shaft 11 and the roller 13 for straightening the root surface and the roller 14 for straightening the crest back and the roller 15 for straightening the root back provided on the lower shaft 16. At least one part of the upper shaft 11 and lower shaft 16 is moved vertically by a cylinder 28. The corrugated metallic plate 2 formed by a forming roller is fed to the straightening roller 3. The straightening roller 3 is pressed to the corrugated metallic plate 2 at the passing time of the wide width part or narrow width part to correct the wide width part or narrow width part narrower or wider. The correcting roller is pressed to the corrugated metallic plate by the preset data and output of detecting means.
