PURPOSE:To attain multiple effects of reduction and sliding by controlling the digital special-effect system using the operation result obtained by processing the horizontal address deviation data and the address data that is made by detecting the address by means of external key signal. CONSTITUTION:The external key signal C is inputted to an address detecting circuit 11, where the first address data F is detected, and is supplied to an address operating circuit 12. Meanwhile, the second address data E that shows the horizontal address deviation data from the external is supplied to the circuit 12, where the necessary calculation is performed, and the address data of the calculation result is supplied to the digital special-effect device 13. The device 13, based on the address data from the circuit 12, reduced or slides the input signal B.
