PURPOSE:To offer a service receiving system whose profitability, and flexibility to addition of service are high, by providing newly a service receiving device which is connected to a subscriber by a switchboard in accordance with a specified number from the subscriber, sends out an inductive guidance to the subscriber, receives each service request signal element which follows said guidance and analyzes it, and has a final service request informing function to the switchboard concerned. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 1 dials a specified number which has been prescribed in advance, and subscriber 1 and a switchboard (EX)3 are connected through a focusing network 2, the subscriber 1 and a service receiving device 4 are connected, and the device 4 sends out a guidance for guiding an input to the subscriber 1 through a call line 31, the EX3, a trunk line 30, and the focusing network 2, also receives and analyzes a service request signal by a PB signal from the subscriber 1, by a conversational mode, transfers a result of reception of a series of service request signals, to the EX3 through a control line 29, and connects prescribed service nodes 5-8 to the subscriber 1. |
