PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify the quality of a signal waveform in a short time even if the number of combinations of variation of verification objects is large.SOLUTION: An analysis model is generated for each of a plurality of combinations of variation of a plurality of kinds of elements affecting the quality of a signal waveform. Using the generated analysis model, an impulse response waveform is calculated for each of the plurality of combinations. On the basis of the calculated impulse response waveform, a noise amount is calculated for each of the plurality of combinations. Out of the plurality of combinations, a combination having the maximum calculated nose amount is selected as a worst case. A transient analysis of the signal waveform is executed for the selected worst case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
