PURPOSE:To enable a physically handicapped person and a bride of getting on and off a vehicle easily by mounting the seat thereof on a joining means which can be moved in the lateral direction of the vehicle so that the seat can be taken out of the car. CONSTITUTION:The seat of a vehicle is mounted on a joining means which can be moved in the lateral direction of the vehicle whereby enabling the seat to be reciprocatively traveled in the lateral direction between the inside and the outside of the vehicle. Since getting-on-and-off actions of a person can be performed in the wide and open outside area of the car, the person, even a physically handicapped person or a bride can get on and off the vehicle easily.
