PURPOSE:To enable a case to be made of an aluminum alloy by means of die casting so as to enable a lightweight case to be employed by dividing a transmission case into two: a cover case for a rear axle housing and a main body case for another rear axle housing. CONSTITUTION:A transmission case for a farm tractor is divided into two: a cover case 1 and a main body case 2. Both of them are made of an aluminum alloy by means of die casting. In this case, planes of these case 1 and 2, from the direction of which they are removed out of their molds, are machined so as to allow them to be closely connected. The rotation of a shaft 8, to which a rotational power is transmitted through a HST transmission, allows a front wheel drive force transmitting shaft 10 to rotate through a gear train 22 and 23. And a differential gear 26 is allowed to rotate through a bevel gear train 13a and 24 and others so as to allow a left and a right differential sidegear shafts 12L and 14R to rotate through a differential gear device 25.
