PURPOSE:To achieve a lower cost and a higher efficiency along with effective utilization of the space, by arranging the water tank made up of a bag-like waterproof sheet to be folded so small that it can be housed in a housing groove provided on the floor. CONSTITUTION:This water for testing is made up of a bag-like water-proof sheet 1 and can be erected when assembled while it can be folded so small to be housed into a housing groove 3 provided on the floor 2 when housed. After the housing, a lid 4 is put on the housing groove 3 and kept so flush with the height of the floor surface that the bottom of the water tank will not be damaged when a drum 5 moves. In case the body can not be retained only with the waterproof sheet 1, for example, a retaining frame 6 is provided about the waterproof sheet 1 to hold the sheet 1. Thus, the installation and removal of the drum 5 can be done simply by rolling it 5 and so, after the end of a testing, the water tank installation place can be used for other purposes by holding the water tank and moving the drum 5 to other places.
