PURPOSE:To realize a uniform document transmission output by transmitting a document in accordance with a password, which an output device holds, in the transmission side at the transmission time and changing the password after transmission. CONSTITUTION:Data from a data line 110 is sent to a control signal discriminating part 2 through an output data temporary storage buffer 1. In case of a control signal A or B, all of reception data is sent to a cipher processing part of a response processing part 10 through a data line 105. In case of the control signal B, a signal which starts a cipher processing part of a cipher device 3 is sent, and output message data 47 is sent to the cipher device 3. In case of a control signal B', a signal which stops the cipher processing part of the cipher device 3 is sent. When receiving the control signal B 42 from the control signal discriminating part 2 through a control line 111, the cipher device 3 decodes all of following reception data by a held decoding key and outputs the decoded result to an output control part 4. |
