PURPOSE:To improve a synchronizing stability by providing, at the head part, the main driving source of an image-pick up element which is provided at a head part, and providing a phase comparing part to compare a comparing signal with a reference signal from the head part at the main body side. CONSTITUTION:In a head part B, H and L high impedance signals from a main body A are changed to a DC by a low-pass filter 12 and a voltage control oscillator 11 is controlled. A pulse generating device 9 drives an image pick-up element 7 through a buffer circuit 8, and overlaps a pulse signal, which enters a H blanking by an overlapping circuit 14, to a video signal to which the output from the image pick-up element 7 is converted at a sample holding circuit 10. On the other hand, at the A side of the main body part, the video signal separated by a separating circuit 15 is applied to a signal processing circuit 16, thereby removing the signal as an NTSC video signal.
