PURPOSE:To use a tape without waste, and to reduce cost by providing a tape lead-in mechanism leading in the tape until the front end of the tape corresponds to the position of sticking of the tape of a lead frame fed in by a lead-frame lead-in mechanism and is positioned. CONSTITUTION:A tape lead out of a reel 60 is held by a pinch roller 67 through guide rollers 65, 66, passes through a guide cylinder 68 with a rectangular section and is guided in the direction of a die 47, and lead in so that the front end of the tape is projected from the die 47 only by a predetermined length section.
