PURPOSE:To fill without void a chaplet with sand even if containing resin wax by arranging more than one chaplets side by side on the holder and heating them together to solidify sand in the the chaplets. CONSTITUTION:Chaplets 1 are arranged with their open ends facing upwards side by side in the box-shaped chaplets holder 3. Then, sand 2 containing, for example, resin wax is poured from the above in the chaplets 1. During this process, the chaplets holder 3 is vibrated so that sand 2 is efficiently filled. The chaplets 1 containing sand 2 are brought in a heating oven and heated to a specified temperature, calcining and solidifying the sand 2 in chaplets 1. Thereafter, chaplets 1 are taken out of the oven together with the holder 3. Thus, chaplets 1 with sand are prepared at the same time.
