PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of the punch for processing and to prolong the life by providing the eccentric mechanism to decenter the shaft center of the punch for processing against the rotary center of the main shaft head between the processing punch holder and main shaft head. CONSTITUTION:The eccentric mechanism 16 is provided with dovetail groove 19 in the intersecting direction at right angles with the shaft center of the main shaft head 12 on the back face of the processing punch holder 14. The dovetail 20 to be inserted slidably into the dovetail groove 19 thereof, the recessed part 21 to allow the movement of the projection 20a provided on the dovetail 20 and the screw 22 to insert through the main shaft head 12 and projection 20a are equipped. Now by turning the screw 22 the punch holder 14 is moved in the intersecting direction at right angles with the shaft center of the main shaft head 12 via the dovetail and dovetail groove 19. Namely the shaft center of the punch 15 can be decentered against the rotary center of the main shaft head 12.
