PURPOSE:To prevent the first and second transistors from damaging and to simplify the configuration by providing a special circuit for turning ON only one of the transistors in response to the logic state of the first input and turning ON only one in response to the second input. CONSTITUTION:Either one of series units of the first and second transistors (TRs) Q11, Q12 and the third and fourth Trs Q13, Q14 is turned ON and the other is turned OFF by a controller for rotating normally or reversely a motor M11 by the transistors. When the Trs Q11-Q14 are turned ON (OFF), diodes D15-D16 and resistors R1-R10 are so connected with the Trs Q11-Q14 that one Tr such as only Q11 and Q14, or Q12 and Q13 are turned ON to provide the first and second circuits 11, 12. Thus, the series connected TrQ11 and Q12 or TrQ13 and Q14 are not simultaneously turned ON to prevent the Trs from damaging. |
