摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of spectroscopic sensitivity characteristic with limited intensity of light, by providing a control means for a light intensity modulator by applying a negative feedback so as to nulify the difference between a cell potential and the specified potential and a light receiver for measuring the intensity of monochromic light modulated in the intensity. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted from a light source 1 is spectrally analyzed with a light wavelength selecting section 2 to make a monochronal light. The intensity of light is adjusted with a light intensity modulator 8 to be controlled with an electric controller 7. Then, the monochronal light modulated in the intensity irradiates a cell 10 through a half-mirror 9. At this point, the potential of the cell 10 generated by the light is measured with a cell unit measuring device 3 using a cell potential recording electrode 14. The difference between the potential of the cell 10 and the potential from a specified potential generator 4 is detected and amplified with a differential amplifier 5. A polarity change-over switch 6 is selected to control a negative feedback whether the photoresponsitve potential of the cell 10 is positive or negative. A part of light from the half-mirror 9 is measured 11 about the intensity to be calibrated 12 by the spectroscopic sensitivity characteristic of a photo detector itself and displayed 13 after converted to a logarithmic value.
