CONSTITUTION:The fermentation liquid in the fermentation liquid tank 2 in the constant-temperature water bath 1 is pumped with the pump 3 to the separation and concentration apparatus 4, and the vapor is permeated to the evacuated side through the hydrophobic porous membrane. The vapor is liquefied in the cold trap 5. The pressure in the evacuated side is preferably <=100 mmHg, and is preferably <=0.5 atm, especially <=250 mmHg when a carrier gas is used in combination with the vapor.
