PURPOSE:To enable the regulation of soften plate glass automatically and accurately for a short time and to press-mold precisely it by positioning the softened plate glass which is sandwiched with the specified lifting apparatuses hung from a wagon rack by means of an alignment member close to a press-bending apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Almost T-shaped hooks 4 are hung to a prescribed groove of many grooves 2a in a top face of a rack bar 2 constituting a lower part of the wagon rack 1 via the hooks 3 and the centers of the supporting plates 7 are fitted freely rockingly to this lower end via the adjusters 5 and the rods 6 and the lifting apparatuses 10 are drooped from both ends of the supporting plates 9 wherein the centers are fitted freely rockingly to both ends of the plates 7 via the rods 8 and a top edge part of a plate glass 11 is sandwiched with the bottom ends of the lifting apparatus 10. After the plate glass 11 is conveyed to the inside of a heating furnace in a vertical state, heated and softened, it is drawn out to the position of a frame 17 close to a press- bending device. After transferring a horizontal frame 22 with a cylinder unit 21, regulating the positions of the hooks 4 with the alignment members 23 and stopping the swing with the rocking preventers 42, the molds of both sides are matched to press the plate glass 11.
