PURPOSE:To execute transmission with priority regardless of traffic quantity on a communicating medium when a request to transmit urgently data occurs by providing an area to show the priority data transmitting request in the communication data frame in a loop network communicating system. CONSTITUTION:When the transmitting request to transmit urgently the data occurs from a processor 10, etc., the request to execute the priority data communication for a transmitting device 7 is outputted. A priority flag is set for the slot which is used at the receiving data communicating slot, and the priority data are transmitted by using the slot which is not used. When respective transmitting equipments receive the data communication slot which sets an access flag by the self equipment, it is investigated whether the priority flag of the receiving slot is set or not, and when the flag is set, the access flag of the slot is reset which is used by the self-station presently, and the slot, which is used at the self-station, is released, and the transmission processing is interrupted.
