PURPOSE:To make the back of a rear seat converted in two positions forward and in one position backward to allow an easy loading of baggages, by furnishing three hinge arms rotatably each other to the hinge base which is installed at the rear seat cushion. CONSTITUTION:A rear seat 1 is composed of a rear seat cushion 2 and a rear seat back 3, connected with a hinge metal 4. The hinge metal 4 is composed of a hinge base 5 fixed to the rear seat cushion 2 by a screw 5, and three hinge arms 8, 10, and 13. The hinge arm 8 is supported rotatable in the scope of a given angle to the base 5 through a shaft 6, and has a long hole 7 on the plate formed along the rotating direction. The hinge arm 10 is supported rotatable at the shaft 6 and furnishes a pin 9 geared with the long hole 7. And the hinge arm 13 is attached to the rear seat back 3, placed between the hinge arms 8 and 10, and supported to the hinge arm 8 rotatably through a second shaft 11.
