PURPOSE:To prevent a lock operation member in a locked state form being unlocked carelessly by providing a safety mechanism for the lock operating member. CONSTITUTION:An operation pin 11 which is eccentric with the center of rotation of a lock disk 5 is projected from the lower disk 5b of the lock board 5 into an opening 8b for operation, and then rotated in the opening 8b for operation by operating a knob 6 for operation to lock or unlock a lock plate 8. When the knob 6 for operation is fallen down to engage a recessed part 3a after the locking operation, the knob 6 for operation becomes unable to rotate. consequently, such an accident that the rear cover is unlocked carelessly is prevented securely.
