PURPOSE:To simplify the wiring to a detecting circuit, and also to improve the area efficiency by leading out a lead terminal in only one side of a panel, and stretching out a lead terminal of one substrate in the same direction as an electrode without providing a bent part. CONSTITUTION:On the first substrate 1a, an electrode group 2a is formed, and from each electrode 2a, a lead terminal 3a of the same direction as an electrode is led out toward one side end of the substrate 1a. Also, on one end in the direction vertical to the electrode direction of the substrate 1a, a blank part 7 is provided, and a notch part 8 is provided on a lead terminal side end part of the blank part 7. On the second substrate 1b, an electrode group 2b is provided in the direction vertical to the electrode group 2a provided on the substrate 1a, and on a space corresponding to the blank part 7 of the substrate 1a, a lead terminal 3b is led and provided toward the end part corresponding to the notch part 8 in the vertical direction from each electrode 2b. A width L1a of the substrate 1a is a little larger than a width L1b of the substrate 1a, and also only a width L2a in the notch part 8 is narrower than L1b.
