PURPOSE:To permit to envelope a user who warms himself from his shoulder to his knee by radiant heat belt by swinging a reflecting plate so as to oppose to the location of the user by a method wherein the stove is equipped with a quartz tube heater unit, used vertically, and the reflecting plate, having its focus at the vertical quartz tube, while the reflecting plate is made swingable to left-and-right. CONSTITUTION:The upper quartz tube heater unit 2, usable in vertical posture, and the parabolic reflecting plate 3, having its focus on the center of the upper quartz tube heater unit 2, are accommodated in the electric stove. An upper case 1 is constituted so as to be swingable with respect to a grille 6. The swinging angle of the case 1 is regulated by a stopper pin 6b, provided on the grille 6, and arched supporting holes 4a, provided on a supporting plate 4. The upper heater unit 2 is opposed to the vicinity of breast of the user and the lower heater unit 8 is swung in right-and-left so as to oppose to the vicinity of the knees of the person, whereby the radiant heat belt 18 may envelope the user from his shoulder to his knees.
