PURPOSE:To simplify the process by arranging the metal made roller providing cylindrical part on the center part and the roller having the cylindrical part of rubber like elastic body on the center part and by forming the step part as well which is adapted for both end parts of a product on the end part of each roller. CONSTITUTION:Rollers 9, 10 are arranged between frames 8, 8 and driven via gear wheels 11, 12, 13 by motor 14. The metal made roller 9 provides cylindrical part 15 on the center part and step part 16 and small diameter part 17 are formed on both end parts thereof. The step part 16 and small diameter part 17 are formed in the shape fitted to the step part and short cylindrical part of the product. The roller 10 has the cylindrical part 18 consisting of a rubber elastic body on its center part and the step part 20 which is adapted for the outside shape of the step part of the product is provided on its both ends. With pinching through punching metallic plate material 22 by driving a motor 14 the product is obtd. The production process can be simplified by this method.
