摘要

PURPOSE:To attain airtight sealing of a semiconductor chip component and to adjust the oscillating frequency by fixing a dielectric resonator stabilizing the frequency to the rear face of a microwave integrated circuit substrate and providing a screw for adjusting the frequency under the resonator. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric resonator 2 stabilizing the frequency is provided at the rear face of the microwave integrated circuit substrate 1 in a microwave oscillator using the semiconductor chip component 3. Then the oscillation circuit part comprising the semiconductor chip component 3 is separated and stored in a case 5 and the circuit substrate 1 is stuck closely by a conductive adhesives or the like. Thus, the semiconductor chip component 3 is sealed airtightly and the fluctuation due to the size tolerance of the dielectric resonator 2 or the tolerance of the specific dielectric constant is set to the specified frequency by using the frequency adjusting screw 10 provided under the dielectric resonator 2 provided on the rear face. The dielectric resonator 2 is fixed to the rear face of the microwave integrated circuit substrate 1 so as to make the sealing of the semiconductor chip complete and the frequency is adjusted by using the frequency adjusting screw 10 provided at the lower part of the dielectric resonator 2.
