PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption by operating the voltages necessary for cooling a radiator and a condenser independently through independent arithmetic unit while setting the voltage to be applied onto a condenser cooling fan at the minimum necessary level. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of engine cooling water temperature, outer air temperature, etc., second arithmetic unit 44 will operate second voltage necessary for controlling the engine cooling water temperature to predetermined setting level only through second cooling fan 24 then drive second cooling fan 24 on the basis of said voltage. Upon turning on of cooler, first arithmetic unit 42 will function to operate the first voltage necessary for controlling the high pressure of cooler to predetermined setting level only through the first cooling fan 20 on the basis of cooling temperature, etc. thus to drive the first cooling fan 20 on the basis of the operated differential voltage level between the first and second operated voltage levels. Consequently, power consumption can be saved considerably.
