PURPOSE:To perform another processing operation during a period of data writing in a memory equipped with a write inhibiting timing, by providing an always-writable memory and means which generates write requesting interruption at every fixed time. CONSTITUTION:When writing becomes necessary, a write rquesting signal which is data having one bit by one bit corresponding to writing data is set in an always-writable memory (Memory B) 4. Then a timer is started adn write requesting interruption is generated to a microprocesesor 1 at every fixed time. When the interruption is generated, a memory (Memory A) 3 equipped with a write inhibiting timing is judged whether the memory 3 is under a writable condition or not and, if writable, writing data are transferred by one byte to the relevant portion of the memory 3 and the write requesting signal is calcelled. The data transferred to the memory 3 are electrically written thereafter, but the microprocessor 1 can make another processing operation utilizing the writing time.
