PURPOSE:To give higher priority to higher risk in the response to each kind of safety device, by providing electronic control circuit which inputs information from safety device and a telephone set placed outside the dwelling house which is connected with the electronic safety device through the public line. CONSTITUTION:By the input from output interface 400, a central processing unit (CPU) 300 checks whether the output signal of fire sensor S1, accident prevention sensor S2, and gas leakage sensor S3 is normal through an input interface 200. And by serially connecting the priority switches or mechanisms which have a switch, the priority side of the switch is turned on. And, if the security check is not OK, it first receives an output signal of a sensor, and then sends the speech 'emergency happened' to a pushphone T1. When plural number of emergency signals are issued from the sensors, it sends the speech 'emergency happened' to the pushphone T1 in the order of priority, namely in the order of fire, gas leakage and crime.
