PURPOSE:To execute efficiently data transmission by showing a sampling position as data of total 2 bytes of a difference code of 1 byte for showing a difference to the previous sampling position of an aerial sampling position, and a difference code of 1 byte for showing a difference to the aerial sampling position of a sampling position of this time. CONSTITUTION:The sampling position of the previous time, and the sampling position of this time are denoted as a point P0 and a point Pi, respectively. When the sampling position of this time is the point Pi=(10, 4), Pi'=(5, 2) is positioned on a segment for connecting this Pi and the sampling position P0 of the previous time, and also exists in ¦DELTAx¦<=7, and ¦DELTAy¦<=7, namely, as a grid intersection of X-Y coordinates in an area I shown in the figure, therefore, this point Pi' is set as an aerial sampling position. Accordingly, the sampling position Pi of this time can be shown by data of total 2 bytes of a difference code between the sampling position P0 of the previous time and the aerial sampling position Pi', and a difference code between the aerial sampling position Pi' and the sampling position Pi of this time.
