PURPOSE:To absorb the misalignment of the input/output shafts by connecting the input shaft of the upper gear box of a rotary thruster and the output shaft of an engine via an air clutch. CONSTITUTION:The main body 15A of an air clutch 15 is provided on one end 21a of the input shaft 21 of an upper gear box 9. A rubber bag 15B expanded or shrunk via the introduction or discharge of air is provided in this main body 15A. A shoe 15b is provided on the rubber bog 15B. On the other hand, a drum 15a is provided on a middle shaft 8 connected to the output shaft 3 of an engine. The shoe 15b is engaged or disengaged from the drum 15a via the expansion or shrinkage of the rubber bag 15B, thereby the air clutch 15 is connected or cut off.
