PURPOSE:To make the other side operatable automatically with operation of either side, by releasing respective locking mechanism of a seat cushion and a seat back via an interlocking wire member when the former is made into an upside-down state or the latter into a rising position. CONSTITUTION:A seat cushion 1 is energized toward a seatable flat-down state by a spiral spring 9, while a seat back 2 is energized toward a state of being tilted forward by another spiral spring 10. In addition, the seat cushion 1 is locked by a projection 7a and a bottom clearance 11c at an upside-down position, while the seat back 2 is locked by a projection 8c and a bottom clearance 12c at a reclinable rising position, and when the seat cushion 1 is varied into an upside-down state, an interlock has a locking mechanism of the seat back 2 released via a wire member 15, as well as when the seat back 2 is varied to the rising position, the locking mechanism of the seat cushion 1 is released via the interlocking wire 15.
