PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent moldability, heat resistance and compression set, consisting of a vinyl chloride resin, a vinyl polymer and a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:5-200pts.wt. 5-200pts.wt. vinyl polymer (A) contg. at least one hydrolyzable silyl group of formula II (wherein R<1>, R<2> are each H, a 1-6C alkyl, aryl, aralkyl; X is a hydrolyzable group; n is 0-2) obtd. by reacting a hydrosilane of formula I (wherein R<1> is a 1-10C alkyl, aryl, aralkyl; X is halogen, alkoxy, acyloxy, aminoxy, phenoxy, thioalkoxy, amino; n is 1-3) with a vinyl resin contg. C=C double bonds in the presence of a catalyst contg. a transition metal of Group VIII, and 15-250pts.wt. plasticizer (B) (e.g. dioctyl phthalate) are blended with 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (C) having an average degree of polymn. of 500-6,000 and a vinyl chloride content of 85% or above (e.g. vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin).
