PURPOSE:To carry out both steering operation and speed changing operation simply and simultaneously by incorporating stepless transmissions in power systems toward right and left traveling axles and operating controlling members which carry out the speed change operation of said stepless transmissions, with a single operating lever. CONSTITUTION:A stepless transmission 13 is incorporated in each of power systems toward right and left traveling axles (unshows in the figure). On the other hand, a lateral U-shaped frame 21 is provided in the midway point of an operating lever 8, while the end of the operating lever 8 is installed rotatably in both front and rear and right and left directions. A pair of guide arms 26, 27 are provided, rotatably around a vertical pin 25, in the lateral U-shaped frame 21. One end of each of these guide arms 26, 27 is engaged with the controlling member 20 of each of the stepless transmissions 13, while long holes 28, 29 with which the pins 22, 23 of the operating lever 8 are selectively engaged, are formed on the other ends of the guide arms 26, 27 respectively. And, by operating the operating lever 8, the right and left stepless transmissions 13 are controlled to make a right or left turn. Also, a forwarding and backing changeover mechanism 14 is engaged with the lateral U-shaped frame 21, to carry out changeover for forwarding and backing by means of the operating lever 8.
