PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation of a current ratio by flowing a reference current from a reference side element to a location on a wiring conductor having a voltage drop equal to a mean value of the voltage drop produced in the wiring conductor connecting plural elements an non-reference side provided in parallel at its grounding side. CONSTITUTION:The reference side element 20 and the non-reference side elements 221-226 are mounted on a semiconductor substrate 18 and an aluminum wiring 24 as a wiring conductor at the grounding side is provided. Since the mean value of the characteristic of the elements 221-226 depends on a resistance R of the aluminum wire 24 among the non-reference side elements 221-226, the mean value of voltage drops on the aluminum wiring 24 is obtained, the reference side element 20 is provided near the location causing a voltage drop of the means value of flow a reference current from the reference side element 20. Thus, the effect of the voltage drop from the reference side element 20 to the non-reference side elements 221-226 is minimized, the accuracy of the current ratio flowing to the non-reference side elements 221-226 is improved and the effect of the temperature characteristic is reduced.
