PURPOSE:To load a magnetic disk stably by providing a driving part for sliding a cassette guide to the depth side of a cassette holder at the end of data processing and fitting a releasing lever to be actuated while interfering with the manual loading operation of the cassette guide to a cassette holder. CONSTITUTION:At the end of data processing, an unloading signal is outputted, a motor 54 is reversed, the cassette guide 27 is drawn into the inside by a link 57, the cassette holder 31 is separated from the bottom 10 of a frame 9, the magnetic disk 3 is disengaged from a disk driving shaft 11, and a supporting part 32 sets up an arm 19. Consequently, a pad 16 is separated from a magnetic head 12. If service is interrupted or the motor 54 is failed when the hard case 2 is inserted, a tongue piece 69 pushes up a camber part 68 at the extra latter half of the loading operation of the cassette guide, so that a releasing lever 64 is rotated and a pressing part 67 depresses a locking body 50.
