PURPOSE:To automatically wind up an elastic long-size object at high speed and with low tensile force by detecting the rotation speed of a base drum and a winding drum and the feed speed of a long-size object,and feeding back the result of operation of the detected values to a drum rotating means, to adjust said feed speed. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 8 sends a control signal to the driving means 5a of a traverser 5 in accordance with previously inputted conditions and programs while referring to information on winding speed from a tacho- generator 19, to carry out the traverse of a flexible conduit tube 3. The control of the traverse quantity of a traverser 5 is carried out by comparing the rotation angle of the driving means 5a detected by a tacho-generator 16, with the revolving speed of a winding drum 6 detected by a generator 18 and providing the result by means of a control circuit 12, and by feeding back the result to the driving means 5a, to synchronize the winding of the winding drum 6 of the conduit tube 3 with the traverse by the traverser 5. Thus, the tensile force between drums can always be maintained constant, enabling automatic winding of even an elastic long-size object at a high speed. |
