PURPOSE:To aim at simplifying and expediting operation in the captioned mixer, by adjusting temperature and flow of mixed hot water by an electric driving means through a valve having various functions. CONSTITUTION:A mixing ratio and flow rate adjusting valve 28 is provided for adjusting the mixing ratio and flow rate of hot water and cold water by rotating and sliding a valve body. And, an electric driving means 45 for rotating the valve body and an electric driving means 43 for sliding the valve body are provided. Further, a mixed hot water detecting device 47 for detecting the temperature of hot water mixed by the mixing ratio flow adjusting device 28, a setting device 23 for setting the temperature and flow of mixed hot water and a controller 20 for controlling the electric driving means 45 for rotating a valve body and the electric driving means 43 for sliding a valve body. Owing to this constitution, it is possible to simplify and expedite operation in said mixer.
