PURPOSE:To eliminate the mutual interference between flow paths in a resolving surface and control the temperature of each flow path in a short time by obtaining the variation of the flow rate ratio of each flow path to change the flow rate ratio of each flow path and controlling the temperature of each flow path of the resolving furnace thereby. CONSTITUTION:A resolving furnace 1 is provided with 6 tubes 2 as flow paths, and the mixture of raw materials and steam is supplied from a supply part 2A to these tubes and is heated by a heating part 2B and is flowed to a cooling device through a discharging part 2C by piping. A controller 11 provided for this resolving furnace 1 is provided with a means which calculates an average temperature mu of each flow path by an intra-furnace temperature controller 10, a means which calculates a difference DELTATav between a set temperature Ts and said average temperature, and a means which calculates an optimum flow rate ratio variation DELTAri of each flow path in accordance with outputs of these means, and the variation DELTAri is obtained to change the flow rate atio of each flow path by a flow rate adjusting valve 8 and a flow rate controller 9, thereby controlling the temperature of each flow path of the resolving furnace.
