PURPOSE:To realize a complete dust-and-germ-free working space by mounting a HEPA filter on the air inlet side of a filter mounting frame, and also mount ing an air blow-off duct receiving a part of the air flow blown off through the HEPA filter and blowing off the air blow to the part of a turbulent air current generating in the immediate vicinity of the filter mounting frame within a dust-and-germ-free chamber. CONSTITUTION:A part of the flow of clean air filtered and blown off through a HEPA filter 3 is received by each guide port 12 of an air blow-off duct 10, and guided to a main duct body 11. Since a slit is located directly below a filter mounting frame 1, the air flow is blown off through the slit 13 toward a turbulent air current generated in the vicinity directly below the filter mount ing frame 1. Dust and germ infiltrating into the turbulent air current are checked by the air flow vigorously acting through the slit 13 and the generation of the tuberant air flow is prevented thereby. Hence, the action of dust and germ is suppressed to an extremely restricted range, and discharged through the discharge port to the external part.
