发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF ELECTROCONDUCTIVE RESIN COMPOSITE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide clear color and eliminate the increase of electric resistance after calcine fusion-welding by a method wherein polytetrafluoroethylene resin is mixed with oxide series electroconductive filler and is formed by calcine fusion-welding, thereafter, the composite is heat-treated under inert and reducing atmosphere with a temperature higher than 150 deg.C and lower than the calcine temperature of the resin. CONSTITUTION:Polytetrafluoroethylene powder, normally sold in market, may be employed for this purpose. On the other hand, well-known transparent or white electroconductive filler may be used as the oxide series electroconductive filler, providing the polytetrafluoroethylene resin with electroconductivity, and usually zinc oxide series substance, titanium oxide series substance or the mixture thereof, for example, is used. The composite is made by calcine fusion welding under the temperature of 360-380 deg.C in air after forming, thereafter, is heat-treated under the inert atmosphere of nitrogen gas or the like or the reducing atmosphere of hydrogen gas or the like with a temperature higher than 150 deg.C and lower than the calcine temperature of resin, constituting the formed body, and preferably with the temperature of 250-350 deg.C.
