PURPOSE:To improve the safety, by connecting a gas-leak announciator to a terminal control unit connected to a concentrated control means, producing an alarm in the even of a gas leak to stop an air conditioner, and indicating the occurrence of a gas leak, even after a signal of a gas leak has disappeared, until a user confirms it. CONSTITUTION:One or a plurality of air conditioners having parallelly terminal control units 2 are installed in a plurality of rooms A-E, wherein said terminal control units 2 being concentrically controlled by a concentrated control means 1. By connecting gas-leak annunciators to the terminal control units 2, in the event of a gas leak, the central control means 1 sounds an alarm and simultane ously put on an alarm lamp 9. Even after the gas has ceased to leak, the concen trated lamp remains kept on to show that a gas leak occurred during the con trol, though the alarm sounds being stopped. Accordingly, even in the case that a user is absent in the room while gas is leaking wherein the title control means 1 is provided, or the air conditioners are in automatic operation, it is possible for the user to confirm the occurrence of a gas leak; therefore, accidents due to a gas leak are prevented, thereby the safety being improved.
