摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for providing a driving means which requires an exclusive external power supply, by forming a rotary valve plate into a curved shape for providing a surface to receive air-flow pressure thereon, said rotary valve plate alternatively, repeatedly change, over a specific range, respective distribution ratio of air flow, supplied from a fan for air conditioning, by the rotation thereof, for each of two air passages for spot air conditioning of two-system. CONSTITUTION:Curved surfaces, 9A and 9B, subjected to air flow pressures, are formed so that both rotary valve plates, 7A and 7B are rotated continuously in a certain direction by the force of a cold air flow supplied from a fan 4. By turning a stopper 11, which is at all times pressed to the side of holding the rotary valve plates 7A and 7B from rotating, over to the side of releasing temporarily said holding every time a wind-driven wheel 13 has rotated a predetermined number of rotations, the rotary valve rotated 7A and 7B are rotated intermittently. In such a way, therefore, the rotation of the rotary valve plates 7A and 7B, both rotatable together, is stopped for a predetermined time at every phase of rotation where the distribution ratio of cold air for air passages 2 and 3 results in 0% or 100% or vice versa, where flowing out air speed at each outlet port 2A and 2B of the air passages 2 and 3, can be alternatively changed to 0% and 100% by shifting the phase of rotation for the air passages 2 and 3 by a half cycle.
